Location: Brazil. January 2005. "The green background is in fact a football field, and the owls are landed on one of the post goals. They had no reason to be afraid. Even if somebody wanted to try to reach some of them, that wouldn't be possible, for there is a high wire fence all around the field. To shoot this, I even had to put a part of the body of the camera through one of the holes of the fence. Despite this, the owl on the left flew away as soon as I took this picture. The other remained where it is. I had the feeling it was a little sleepy or lazy. I took several shots of it, and in some of them its eyes are closed. The other one was landed on the field, some meters away."
