The Greyish Eagle Owl is a medium-sized owl with not very erectile ear-tufts. It is also known as the Vermiculated Eagle Owl.

Distribution: From Senegal and Cameroon east to Ethiopia and north and central Kenya.

Status: Common in western Africa, but uncertian in eastern Africa.
