Little Owl imitates ceramic insulator

These images of a Little Owl Athene noctua were captured by wildlife photographer Mircea Costina in Dobrogea, Romania.
He explains: "This small buddy tried too imitate and mimic the ceramic insulators on the pylons with some success.
"It's a visual mimicry in animals. At first, me and another photographer passed near the telephone pylon without observing the owl.
"'Only an hour later, a bee-eater bird signaled his presence on the pylon which attracted our attention to the owl.
"It was very funny animal behaviour."
