This moon vase was made on my pottery wheel in fine white stoneware clay then I painted my design 'Silent Flight' on it using coloured slips. Once dry it was glazed twice and has a bright gloss glaze finish. The silhouette of the owl can be seen flying over the land through the stars and moonlight. This is a unique piece of artwork ceramics measuring 125 mm tall x 110 mm wide and would make a very lovely gift. More >
